The site exhibition’s visit starts from the Pavilion Zero, which tells the story of man’s food path. The Theatre of Memory is an extraordinary library, all in wood: each drawer contains a curiosity about the food’s world memory. You can explore the transformations of the natural landscape, what mankind produced since its appearance on Earth, and also culture and rituals of food consumption.

Those who want a more concrete taste of the theme Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life could visit the website dedicated to world recipes, which collects more than 70.000 ones from 108 different countries, all of them to be experimented in the kitchen. This section is constantly enriched with fresh innovations that promote food culture worldwide.
Italian pride.
The protagonist of this multicultural scenario is our beautiful country. On June 2 the Republic Day was celebrated with a triumphal parade of 600 people representing all those who combined their efforts to make Expo 2015 Milano possible. This event started the "Italian Pride" week, dedicated to national excellence and celebrated by a video made ad hoc. The first reason of pride? Certainly the fact of hosting the World Expo. Then with its 50 sites included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, our country has the highest concentration of cultural heritage in the world. Moreover, according to Forbes, the region with the best food in the world is Emilia Romagna. Viva l’Italia.
Expo by night.
The attractions for young and old and the spaces for aperitifs or tasting make Expo also a place for meeting and entertainment. For those who cannot visit it during the day, from 19.00 you can buy a reduced ticket for 5€. Moreover, given the extraordinary success, every Saturday and Sunday Expo 2015 is open until 24.00.
